DAY 8

Just becuase your eating fruit doesn't make it healthy. Becuase of fruits sugar content we only want to eat fruit "sometimes." Never eat fruit alone. Try to eat it with protein and fat to slow down the insulin response to sugar intake.

Challenge: Don't eat fruit today. Make sure to eat lots of veggies to make up for the vitamins and minerals. Re-introduce fruits back in your diet in a day or two and see how you feel. The best time to eat sugary fruits is post-wod. Try it!
