Congratulations on one full week of the Paleo Lifestyle!

Your challenge today is to purposefully have a conversation with someone about the Paleo Diet.
These conversations can be difficult if your not prepared. Some of the questions you might receive are:

  1. Why don't you eat grains?
  2. If you don't eat grains (bread, pasta, cereal, rice) what do you eat?
  3. Why don't you drink milk? Isn't milk good for your bones?
  4. Why are you encouraging me to eat lots protein and fat?
  5. How do you get fiber in your meals if you don't eat grains?
  6. Where do you shop to buy Paleo food?
  7. Are you telling me to buy all Organic food?
