Look at the Nutritional Facts of Bread: Flour, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Soy Lectins, Wheat Gluten, Peroxide...Not so healthy after all.

Now look at the facts of Green Leaf, Read Leaf and Butter Leaf Lettuce:

Vitamin A 53% DV, Iron 11% and thats only for ONE cup. Needless to say you get more out of vegetables. You can also eat as much as you want becuase the serving size is only set at one cup.

Challenge: Try a new type of lettuce you haven't eaten before. We also recomend buying a salad spinner to make your lettuce taste fresher. Always rinse lettuce to remove toxic chemicals that are sprayed onto them such as pesticide and fertilizer.
