Using the Paleo Solution Food Matrix provided by Robb Wolf. Your challenge today is to make a stir-fry with one of the new vegetables that you bought yesterday.


What vegetable in the stir is NOT paleo? Why?

Directions:

-Add Oil (canola, olive)
-Add Meat (seafood, poultry, wild game)
-Add Vegetables
-Add Spices

Set on Med-Low for ten minutes.
